We are looking for a number of highly motivated individuals to join our Consumer Finance Team in Eastwood. As an experienced Collector you will be responsible for the collection of considerably overdue consumer debts on our clients behalf and in accordance with NCML and industry guidelines. To be considered for this opportunity you will be passionate about collections with around 12 months industry experience with proven results , ideally working with unsecured consumer debts. You will also have sound knowledge of relevant legislation including the NCCP, Privacy Act and ASIC & ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines. A key ingredient to your success will be your proficiency in converting opportunities into mutually beneficial outcomes. The ideal candidate will enjoy working autonomously or as part of a team , will be focused and driven and will have first-rate negotiation and communication skills.
