Excellent Opportunity Ongoing ContractCBD BasedAn established organisation located in Melbourne's CBD, committed to delivering a diverse range of services to its stakeholders , is seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive contracts management experience to join its team for an ongoing contract.With an increased demand to deliver key built form infrastructure projects before the end of the financial year the successful candidate will be play an integral part in ensuring the delivery of these. Reporting to the Manager of Works you will be responsible for managing all facets of projects from scoping of works , design documentation , engagement of consultants , tendering and building contracts administration , through to managing time and cost requirements over the construction phase.To be successful you will have a good understanding of Building Codes of Australia and Australian Standard contract documentation as well as the ability to read architectural drawings/design and manage tenders and specifications.
