Kelly Executive is currently recruiting a Procurement Vendor Management Specialist for our national client. . . Primary Objectives . In line with the Vendor Management and Strategic Sourcing processes , and in a timely and accurate manner , manage commercial relationships with vendors who have complex sourcing arrangements and agreements with our client , understanding and applying commercial terms that underpin the arrangements and agreements. Reduce and/or contain total cost whilst improving the overall quality of goods and services purchased , manage the effectiveness of the vendors to ensure performance criteria and targets are achieved. Lead cross-functional Sourcing teams; assist in the sourcing/purchasing of goods and services for our client. Create/prepare and manage project documentation , which may include negotiating and contracting with suppliers , in line with strategic sourcing processes. Act as interface between our client and assigned vendor portfolio. Primary Accountabilities . Proactively manage agreements for Back of House , Facilities or Professional Services and the allocated portfolio and effectively manage related commercial terms. Develop close working relationships with business unit leaders , typically at the Band 1 and supporting Director levels , to understand the continuing business requirements for current and evolving business support services Manage supplier relationships and look to leverage all cross company opportunities and monitor vendor performance. Understand and drive reciprocal trade opportunities and influencing our client's level of revenue and profitability Contributing to Cultural change in the delivery of Best Practice Procurement Services and delivery to Value Service Culture objectives.
