Reporting to the Senior Company Solicitor (Corporate & Commercial), you will be responsible for the provision of general commercial legal advice to the business and ensure that the organisation complies with key legislation and regulations. You will have experience working in an in-house environment (ideally in the FMCG or a highly regulated industry) as a general commercial lawyer and ideally have previously worked in a top-tier or mid-tier firm. Strong drafting skills are essential as well as an ability to solve complex legal issues independently. A background in intellectual property or HR/employment relations will be highly regarded. The law firm will provide support , supervision , advertising and branding. Fees are earned at the end of each successful conveyance on a percentage basis. You will be free to build up a practice and can work from home during hours that suit your home based requirements.
